The Risk Management System (SAR, in Spanish) includes the environmental damages management system, the financial risk management system, the operational risk management system (SARO, in Spanish), the business continuity management system, the system to manage the risk of money laundering and financing of terrorism and the proliferation of mass destruction weapons (SARLAFT – PADM, in Spanish), the control and safety management system for the continuous improvement of standards associated to a safe trade (BASC, in Spanish), the occupational safety and health system (SySO, in Spanish) and the financial consumer service system (SAC, in Spanish).

Almacafé develops, implements and maintains an Operational Risk Management System (SARO), in accordance with its structure, size, corporate purpose and support activities, the latter carried out directly or through third parties, in such a way that it allows it to identify, measure, effectively control and monitor this risk.

The updating of the Operational Risk Management system includes the analysis of the environment, the dynamics of the organization and the needs of the clients. Currently, there is risk identification in all strategic, missionary and facilitating processes. In 2019, activities focused on the general validation and adjustment of the risks associated with each of the defined processes, with an emphasis on situations that may affect the operation (business continuity) and situations that may affect the proper attention and protection of financial consumers (Risks that give scope to the SAC regulations). The risks identified by the end of 2019 are distributed as follows in the process map:
